Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using clearbot.shop. By accessing or purchasing from our store you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About ClearBot
ClearBot is an e-commerce store operated by 21 Connect Digital, based in New York, NY. We sell robotic pool cleaning equipment including the SolarSkim Pro solar-powered robotic pool skimmer.
2. Eligibility
By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our products are intended for use in the United States.
3. Products and Descriptions
We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings. Product specifications are sourced from the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
The SolarSkim Pro is designed for residential pool use. Coverage area, battery life, and performance may vary based on pool shape, debris load, weather conditions, and usage patterns.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same or next business day
- Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for $9.99
- All orders include free standard tracked shipping to all 50 US states
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. ClearBot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy above for full details. By purchasing from ClearBot you agree to the return terms outlined.
8. Product Safety
ClearBot only carries products that have passed our internal safety review. We do not sell products with active CPSC recalls. The SolarSkim Pro uses a solar and wall-plug charging system. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the unit. Do not use in pools with exposed electrical wiring. Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
9. Limitation of Liability
ClearBot and 21 Connect Digital are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not responsible for property damage or personal injury resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on clearbot.shop including logos, copy, images, and design is the property of ClearBot and 21 Connect Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
