We want you to love your SolarSkim Pro. If for any reason you don't, we make returns simple, fast, and completely free of charge.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your SolarSkim Pro for a full refund. No restocking fee. No questions asked.
If your robot arrives damaged, stops working, or simply isn't the right fit for your pool we've got you covered.
What's Eligible for a Return
- Item returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item is in its original packaging with all included accessories
- Item has not been physically damaged by misuse or neglect
What's Not Eligible
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
- Items with damage caused by improper use, drops, or modifications
- Items missing original components (charging cable, basket, infinity pool feet, lifting hook)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@clearbot.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business hours with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original box and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location
- Once we receive and inspect the return we'll issue your full refund within 5 business days
Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your SolarSkim Pro arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at support@clearbot.shop within 72 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and 2–3 photos of the damage
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
- You do not need to return the damaged unit in most cases
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered we will ship the correct item immediately at no cost to you and arrange return pickup of the wrong item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours your order may already be in processing or shipped and will need to go through the standard return process.
To cancel email support@clearbot.shop immediately with your order number in the subject line.
Shipping Costs
- All returns ship free — we provide the prepaid label
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable if you received free shipping and are returning for preference reasons (not defect)
