We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you’re not happy with your SolarSkim Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
To start a return:
- Email us at support@clearbot.shop with your order number.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.
- Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Damaged or used units may be subject to a restocking fee.
